benefits of a good night's sleep


Sleeping well brings some benefits such as hormone production, weight loss and memory can function better. It also contributes significantly to the reduction of stress and depression.

      

  
Sleeping about 8 hours helps you think more clearly, have better reflexes and concentrate better.               




                                                                                        



          It could be observed that not sleeping well brings different consequences in our life such as low concentration, attention and mood of the person.  Over time they can develop anxiety and depression
